Celebrate Diageo's 25th birthday with us!

Diageo’s BESPIRITED competition is here to put your business skills to test. Go on virtual international missions, solve interesting business-related tasks with your teammates and explore the 25 years history of Diageo during the game. 

Rounds of the competition

The competition has three stages. In the Qualification round you will have the chance to travel across the world, discovering Bangalore, Budapest and London offices of Diageo. Teams who progress to the semi-final will take over the control as members of the managing board at an imaginary FMCG company. The top 10 teams will have to present their solution of the Final’s business case study to the jury of Diageo experts and leaders.

Who can apply?

You need to form a team of three members. There are two competitions running parallelly: Budapest and Bangalore. The same tasks but separate ranking. 

• Budapest division - University/College students or fresh graduates (maximum two years after graduation) can join to Budapest competition.
• Bangalore division - Students and graduates:
  • who is older than 21 years
  • OR who meet the criteria of drinking age as per their respective states (i.e. Karnataka - minimum 21 years old)
  • AND having work experience of up to 5 years (i.e., 0 to 5 years of work experience) will be considered.
• Diageo Co-workers Competition - Current employees of Diageo with existing Diageo e-mail address can apply for the Bespirited Internal Competition regardless of grade and professional experience.

Timing

• Registration deadline: 11 October 2022 23:59 CET
• Qualification: 12 – 24 October 2022
• Semi-final (Budapest): 26 October – 9 November 2022
• Semi-final (Bangalore): 2 – 16 November 2022
• Final (Budapest): 22 – 24  November 2022
• Final (Bangalore): 1 – 2 December 2022

Prizes

• 1st prize: the latest version of the iPad for all team members
• 2nd prize: AirPods for all team members
• 3rd prize: 20.000 HUF / 10,000 INR Diageo brand voucher for all team members
